Having just, just finished my first Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred workout, I feel like I am going to pass out. As I sit here sweating, I am wondering how on earth anyone can survive the level 3 workout. I just did level 1 and I feel like I'm going to pass out. Mind you, I haven't done much working out in the past 14 months (9 months of pregnancy + 5 months of mommyhood) so my fitness level isn't exactly at its peak.
Why am I doing this? Other than trying to rid myself of those last few pesky pregnancy pounds, I am trying to tighten up for my upcoming Florida vacation.
Florida = warm temperatures, less need for layers of clothing.
Also means less need for body-cameoflauging tie-cardigans that I have come to know and love. Eeek.
I do love Jillian, but I'm starting to suspect that she's trying to kill me.

I love your writing skills! You always make me laugh! You will hurt tomorrow but it is a good hurt!
That workout video is freaking insane! But I promise it get's somewhat better. LOL. Josh and I are on workout #8 and i've lost 5 lbs and 4.5 inches. So at least there are some results coming with your pain! (oh and personally, i think workout 2 is a little easier than workout 1 for some reason)
